Why does it need to be sold online? Go to a book store, you can order it there. http://www.bridgepub.com/list/index.html sells it. What should the sporadic umlauts/diaereses mean in this document? There are words like "äs", "füll" and such. Is this document in "Germanglish"? --1.0.22.53 12:28, 12 April 2008 (GMT)

Maybe I found the answer myself: they are OCR errors. The phrase "äs successfui äs" (especially "successfui") looks like OCR, just like page 17's "inclependent". Can anyone confirm that this is an OCRed document? --1.0.22.53 12:31, 12 April 2008 (GMT)

Yes, it is. I bought this book two years ago in a book store and could compare a couple of pages. It is not only OCRed but the sequence of paragraphs have been changed.
