April 2008 document, giving the named composition of regional command teams of military officers for mobilisation. 8th of April, 2008 given as start date. The document is not 'pristine' and final paragraph is clearly comment from someone opposed to the Mugabe regime, however the list of names is extensive and the issue serious.
According to a meta-data analysis, a 'Mr. Makoni' authored the document using 'Open Office'. 'Simba Makoni' was the 3rd or 4th Presidential candidate in the 2008 election and is opposed to Mugabe. Whether this makes the document more or less likely is hard to tell.
The situation in the Zimbabwe at the time of writing (April 10, 2008) does suggest that Mugabe is marshaling his forces, no doubt hoping for a Kibaki (Kenya) style power-sharing arrangement (at minimum).File size in bytes
